I don't agree with my listing's tier or description. Can I get it changed?
You can make the case. We assign tiers based on public information, traveler reports, and operator track record — but we are not infallible, and if you have evidence that changes the picture, we listen. The tier is not for sale, but it is also not set in stone. Tell us what you think is wrong and what evidence supports a change, and we will reconsider.Do I have to pay anything?
No. Listing is free. Claiming your listing is free. Uploading photos is free. We do not charge operators — and we do not earn commission on direct bookings to you. If you book through a platform like Klook or GetYourGuide via our site, the platform takes their normal margin (which they would take regardless), and we get a small affiliate referral when those programs are active. That is the only revenue model.What if I want my listing removed entirely?
Just ask. If you operate the tour and you do not want to be listed on our site, send us a verified request and we will remove the listing within 48 hours. No questions asked.How do I prove I actually operate this tour?
A few ways: send the message from an email at your business domain; share a photo of yourself at your operating location; do a 5-minute video call with us; share a recent receipt or booking confirmation from your business. Whichever works for you. We are not trying to make this hard — just protecting against bad-faith claims.What language do you operate in?
Primarily English. We can also communicate in Vietnamese via Messenger if that is easier — just write to us in Vietnamese and we will reply in Vietnamese.Can I see the dashboard before I claim?
It is straightforward: a page with your listing, an image uploader, a stats panel showing views and clicks, and a form for submitting updates. Nothing complicated. You will see it within minutes of being granted access.
